Who we are

Using this site

You are welcome to read it, share it and use the form to ask for a quote. Please do not attempt to break into it, scrape it wholesale, submit other people’s details, or send anything through the form that you do not have the right to send.

Quotes are estimates

A price given through this website, over the phone or by text is an estimate based on the information available at the time. It is not a binding contract. Jobs change once Trace sees them in person — a pile is bigger than it looked in the photo, access is tighter than described, a wall needs a lift.

If what he finds differs enough to change the price, he will tell you before starting, not after finishing. Work becomes an agreement when you and Trace confirm the job, the date and the price directly.

Scheduling, changes and payment

These are arranged with Trace directly for each job, because they depend on what the work actually is. Whatever you agree with him — dates, access, price, how you pay — is what applies. This website does not set those terms and does not take payment.

The photos you send

You keep ownership of any photo you upload. By sending one you are giving us permission to use it to quote and carry out your job. We will not publish it or use it in advertising without asking you first. Please only upload photos you have the right to share.

What is on this site

The text, photographs, logo and design here belong to Traukie's Services and may not be copied for use by another business. We keep the information accurate and current, but service areas, availability and what we can take on do change — so nothing here is a guarantee that a specific service is available on a specific day. Call and ask.

Where the site links somewhere else — a social profile, an opt-out tool — we do not control that site and are not responsible for it.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. We are not liable for loss arising from use of the site itself, such as a page being unavailable or an estimate turning out to differ from the final price.

This section is about the website. It does not limit our responsibility for the actual work — that is covered by the agreement for your job and by the insurance the business carries. Nothing here removes any right you have under Tennessee or federal law.

If the form fails

If a quote request will not send, the page shows you a prefilled text message instead so your details are not lost. If you are ever unsure whether something reached us, call 931-323-4541 — a lead sitting in a broken form helps nobody.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, where the business operates.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
